Choose the right service
Relaxation massage is a flowing massage with agreed pressure and respectful draping. Somatic bodywork is a separate, client-led service with a discussion about its scope, consent and boundaries before you begin. Neither should be confused with your therapistdical or psychological treatment.
Consent is not a one-time question
You can ask questions, choose what you are comfortable with and change your mind throughout your appointment. There is no expectation to perform, disclose personal experiences or agree to anything you do not want.
