Work, training and everyday life can leave you feeling tight and tired. A remedial appointment starts with a conversation about what you are noticing and where you would like the session to focus.

Focused, not one-size-fits-all
Rather than following the same routine for everyone, we agree on the priorities for your appointment. That might mean spending more time around your shoulders and upper back, or allowing time for more than one area.
Firm does not have to mean uncomfortable
Your feedback matters throughout the session. Pressure is discussed and adjusted with you; you do not need to put up with pain to make the appointment worthwhile. Tell your therapist if anything feels uncomfortable or different from what you expected.
Know when to get advice
Massage is not a diagnosis or a replacement for medical care. If you have a new injury, unexplained pain, a recent operation or a condition that may affect massage, speak to your treating health professional and let your therapist know before booking.
