Appointments and age
The Men’s Room provides in-person massage and bodywork appointments for adults aged 18 and over. Bookings are made in advance. The current service description, session length and price are shown in Square before you confirm.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. The current published cancellation policy charges 75% of the session fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, and the full session fee for no-shows or cancellations within 4 hours. Arriving late may shorten your session without reducing the fee. Use Square to manage your booking or contact us if you need help.
If you are unwell
Please contact us before attending if you are unwell or may have a contagious illness. The existing booking policy allows illness-related rescheduling without penalty where adequate notice is given. If you are unsure whether massage is appropriate, seek advice from your treating health professional.
Comfort, consent and conduct
Tell your therapist about relevant conditions or injuries before your session. Services are provided within the scope and boundaries agreed with you. Consent is ongoing and you may pause or stop at any time. Respectful conduct is expected from everyone; inappropriate requests or behaviour may result in a session ending.
Payment and questions
Review the payment requirements shown with your booking. Contact us before booking if you need clarification about the service, price, payment, cancellation or rescheduling. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
